PRODUCT PROFILE
Gear oil mainly refers to the transmission and rear axle lubricating oil. It and oil in the use of conditions, its own composition and performance are different. Gear oil mainly plays the role of lubricating gear and bearing, preventing wear and rust, and helping gear heat dissipation.
Automotive gear oil is used in automotive steering gear, transmission and drive axle gear transmission mechanism, because the surface pressure of gear transmission is high, so gear oil plays an important role in gear lubrication, anti-wear, cooling, heat dissipation, corrosion prevention, washing and reducing tooth surface impact and noise.
PERFORMANCE
1.suitable viscosity and good viscosity temperature, viscosity is the most basic performance of gear oil.
2.enough extreme pressure wear resistance
3.good emulsification resistance
4.good oxidation stability and thermal stability
5.good foam resistance
6.good rust and corrosion prevention
ROLE
(1) Lubricate the transmission system, reduce the wear of gears and other moving parts, ensure the normal movement of the transmission system, and extend the service life.
(2) Reduce the friction and transmission loss of the gear gear and improve mechanical efficiency.
(3) Cooling transmission parts. Gear transmission, due to the contact friction of the tooth surface will produce a lot of heat, if it is not dissipated in time, it will cause high temperature in the local tooth surface, and serious will cause ablation and bonding. Gear oil in the process of circulating lubrication continues to take away the heat, through the air and transmission mechanism housing to ensure the normal operation of the transmission parts.
(4) Prevent corrosion and rust.
(5) Reduce tooth impact and transmission noise.
(6) The gear oil has a washing effect, which can continuously wash the pollutants and solid particles on the surface of the gear.

L-CLC
|
Refined mineral oil is made by adding antioxidants, anti-rust agents, anti-foam agents and a small amount of extreme pressure agents. It is suitable for driving axle of manual transfer box and curvilinear bevel gear with medium speed and harsh load. This oil has better load resistance than CLA and CLB
|
The car's manual transmission, the curvilinear bevel gear drive axle
|
L-CLD
|
Refined mineral oil is made by adding antioxidants, anti-rust agents, anti-foam agents and extreme pressure agents. Suitable for all kinds of gears working at low speed and high torque or high speed and low torque, especially hypoid gears for buses and other vehicles
|
Automotive manual transmission, curvilinear bevel gears and hypoid gears with less demanding conditions
|
L-CLE
|
It is made from refined mineral oil and anti-oxidant, anti-rust agent, anti-foam agent and extreme pressure agent. It is suitable for all kinds of gears working under high-speed impact load, high-speed low torque and low speed high torque, especially hypoid gears for buses and other vehicles
|
The drive axle for hypoid gears and other gears with moderate or harsh operating conditions can also be used for manual transmissions
