PRODUCT PROFILE
Hydraulic transmission oil, also known as automatic transmission oil (ATF) or automatic transmission oil, is used as the working medium in the vehicle automatic transmission composed of hydraulic torque converter, hydraulic coupler and mechanical transmission, and plays the role of transferring energy with the kinetic energy of liquid.
No. 6 hydraulic transmission oil: mainly used for hydraulic torque converter and hydraulic coupler of large vehicles such as diesel locomotive, heavy load truck, track vehicle, off-road vehicle. It can also be used for hydraulic transmission system of construction machinery.
No. 8 hydraulic transmission oil: mainly used in various cars, light trucks hydraulic automatic transmission system.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The suitable viscosity and good viscosive-temperature performance ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic transmission device in the temperature range of -40 ~ 170¡æ.
Good wear resistance to ensure that hydraulic transmission parts of different materials are not easy to be worn under operating conditions.
Good thermal stability and antioxidant stability to adapt to long-term recycling under working conditions of 70 ~ 140 ¡ã C (or even higher).
Good low temperature fluidity, low freezing point, to adapt to the working conditions of machinery on and off and winter operation.
Good foam resistance, so that the oil product under the working conditions of constant stirring machine foam is easy to disappear. So as not to reduce the efficiency of the converter, so that the shift failure.
APPLICATION
No. 6 hydraulic transmission oil: mainly used for internal combustion engines, heavy duty trucks, track vehicles, off-road vehicles and other large vehicles hydraulic torque converter and hydraulic coupler. It can also be used for hydraulic transmission system of construction machinery.
No. 8 hydraulic transmission oil: mainly used in various cars, light trucks hydraulic automatic transmission system.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT
1. viscosity: with a typical hydraulic transmission oil, the use of temperature range is about -25¡æ ~ 170¡æ, the oil is required to have a high viscosity index and low freezing point, the general specification stipulates that the viscosity index is above 170, the pour point is -40¡æ, and the synthetic oil is 190¡æ and -50¡æ.
2. thermal oxidation stability: the temperature of the hydraulic transmission oil in the car is different with the driving conditions of the car. The sludge and paint film generated by the high oxidation of oil temperature make the hydraulic system work abnormally, the lubrication performance deteriorates, and the metal corrodes.
3. shear stability: When the hydraulic transmission oil transmits power in the hydraulic torque converter, it will be subjected to strong shear force, which will break polymer compounds such as viscosity index improver in the oil, reduce the viscosity of the oil, drop the oil pressure, and finally cause the clutch to slip.
4. anti-foam performance: After the foam is mixed in the hydraulic transmission oil, it will cause the oil pressure to decrease, resulting in the clutch slipping, sintering and other accidents.
5. friction characteristics: the automatic transmission fluid requires a matching static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient to adapt to the different requirements of the friction coefficient when the clutch is shifted.
