Steam turbine oil, also known as turbine oil, usually includes steam turbine oil, gas turbine oil, hydraulic turbine oil and antioxidant turbine oil, etc., mainly used for lubrication of steam turbine oil and sliding bearings, reduction gears, governors and hydraulic control systems of phase linkage units. The main function of turbine oil is lubrication, cooling and speed regulation.

ADVANTAGE

Gas turbine because of the characteristics of energy saving and power, in the operation process, the lubricating oil is subjected to high hot surface action, mixed with air (flue gas), pumped and circulated at a considerable rate, and used under high pressure, therefore, the gas turbine oil is required to have better high temperature oxidation stability and anti-wear than the steam turbine oil.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Steam turbine oil in use should pay attention to: ① as far as possible to prevent steam turbine unit leakage, water leakage, leakage; ② The return oil temperature is controlled below 65℃; ③ The tank regularly cuts water and releases impurities to keep the oil clean from water, rust, sediment and other pollution.
