PRODUCT PROFILE
The main function is to transfer heat as a heat carrier, heat transfer oil, mineral oil type and synthetic two kinds. Mineral oil type and according to its use temperature is divided into 280, 300, 320 three, synthetic oil type and according to its use temperature is divided into 300, 320, 340 three.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1. In the allowable temperature range, good thermal stability, less coking, long service life.
2. In the allowable temperature range, the thermal conductivity, flow performance and pumpability are good.
3. Low toxicity, tasteless, does not corrode the equipment, and has little impact on the environment.
4. The freezing point is lower, the boiling point is higher, and the low boiling point component content is less. In the allowable temperature range, the steam pressure is not high, and the evaporation loss is less.
5. When the temperature is higher than 70 ¡ã C, the contact with the air will be strongly oxidized, and the heating working system needs to be sealed, and only allow it to contact the air at a temperature below 70 ¡ã C.
6. After heating, the volume expands significantly, and the expansion rate is much higher than that of water. Temperature rise 100¡æ, volume expansion rate can reach 8% ~ 10%.
7. Cracking or condensation will occur when overheating, coking or carbon deposition in containers and pipes.
8. When mixed with water or low boiling point group, the vapor pressure will be significantly increased after heating.
9. The flash point, ignition point and spontaneous combustion point are high, and will not ignite in the allowable temperature and closed state.
10. According to the area where the user lives and the operating environment of the equipment, it is recommended to choose the appropriate low-temperature thermal oil.
APPLICATION
When the L-Q series heat conduction fluid is applied in the heat transfer system where the expansion tank is not sealed with nitrogen, the oil temperature in the expansion tank should be kept below 60 ¡ã C, and the maximum oil temperature should not exceed 180 ¡ã C.
Closed heating system L-Q series heat transfer fluid is used in nitrogen sealed heat transfer system, because of the isolation of air, so that it has a longer service life.
The highest use temperature refers to the temperature corresponding to the deterioration rate of a product measured by the thermal stability test is not more than 10%, that is, the highest average temperature of the main stream measured at the heater outlet. In actual use, the average temperature of the main stream measured at the outlet of the heater should be at least 20 ¡ã C lower than its maximum use temperature. After evaluation, the maximum use temperature of L-QB heat transfer liquid is 300¡æ, the maximum use temperature of L-QC heat transfer liquid is 320¡æ, and the maximum use temperature of L-QD heat transfer liquid is 350¡æ.
