1.PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Molybdenum disulfide lithium base grease is refined by mineral oil with soap based thickener, and added with extreme pressure, anti-oxidation,rust prevention and other additives and molybdenum disulfide powder.
It is refined by contactor circulation grease making process. Molybdenum disulfide lithium grease is a kind of multi effect long-life lubricating grease with good mechanical stability, rust resistance, colloidal stability and water resistance.
2.PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTIC
¡ÌThe friction coefficient of molybdenum disulfide is low,especially under heavy load operation conditions, and the high temperature resistance is good.
¡ÌThe lubricating film can be reinforced under heavy load,vibration impact or short time high temperature.
¡ÌIt is especially suitable for lubrication of heavy load and instantaneous high temperature parts.
3.APPLICATIONS
¡Ì It's applicable to the lubrication of gears and bearings with heavy loads such as steel rolling machinery, mining machinery,construction machinery heavy lifting machinery and injection molding machinery,and can be used for partswith impact loads.
¡Ì It is used for passenger cars and freight cars under moderate speed, medium load and other harsh conditions.It is applicable to the maintenance of tires and other parts of Steyr, Dongfeng and other vehicles.
¡Ì Used for components with impact load. Lubrication of roller bearings, conveyor belt bearings, gears, vehicle axles,chassis, large motors, water pumps metallurgy, construction and other equipment friction parts of the
forging machine.
