APPLICATION
It is mainly used for lubrication of general machine tool spindle hydraulic box and gear box or similar machine tool equipment circulation system.
PERFORMANCE FEATURE
1.Excellent viscosity and temperature performance, to ensure that the hydraulic components in the working pressure and temperature changes under the condition of good lubrication, cooling and sealing.
2.Excellent oxidation stability, slow down the decay rate of oil products, prolong the oil change cycle.
3.Excellent bubble resistance and air release, to ensure the system sensitive, accurate, stable transfer of static pressure energy.
4.Excellent anti-emulsification and filterability, can make the water mixed in the oil quickly separated, the maximum limit to reduce filtration blockage, to ensure the normal lubrication of oil.
5.It has good adaptability with all kinds of conventional sealing materials.
 
MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
According to the equipment oil regulations, the selection of quality and viscosity levels and appropriate oil products, storage containers must be dedicated, storage and transportation process must be waterproof, moisture-proof, to prevent mechanical impurities mixed, to keep the tank clean when using, oil change tank and oil circuit to clean, to prevent foreign body pollution, to prevent mixed with other oil products, different types of anti-wear hydraulic oil should not be mixed.
