PRODUCT PROFILE
Anti-wear hydraulic oil (HM hydraulic oil) is developed on the basis of anti-rust and anti-oxygen hydraulic oil, it has alkaline high zinc, alkaline low zinc, neutral high zinc type and ash free type and other products, they are divided into 22, 32, 46, 68 four grades according to 40'C kinematic viscosity. It can be widely used in industrial, shipping and mobile hydraulic and transmission systems, but also suitable for ordinary load gear drives, bearings and other industrial machinery lubrication can be used in high pressure piston pump systems.
APPLICATION
(1) Anti-wear hydraulic oil is mainly used in hydraulic systems of heavy load, medium pressure and high pressure vane pump, plunger pump and gear pump J, YB-D25 vane pump, PF15 plunger pump, CBN-E306 gear pump, YB-E80/40 double pump and other hydraulic systems.
(2) Hydraulic systems for medium pressure, high pressure construction machinery, imported equipment and vehicles. Such as CNC machine tools, tunnel boring machines, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators and shearer hydraulic systems.
(3) In addition to the medium and high pressure hydraulic system suitable for various hydraulic pumps, it can also be used for the lubrication of medium load industrial gear (except worm gear and hyperbolic gear). The ambient temperature of its application is 10'C-40 'C. The product has good adaptability with nitrile butadiene rubber.
MAIN FATURE
1. High wear resistance: the anti-wear agent and extreme pressure agent added to the anti-wear hydraulic oil can effectively reduce the wear and thermal fatigue of the metal surface and improve the service life of the equipment.
2. Good oxidation stability: the antioxidants added to the anti-wear hydraulic oil can effectively inhibit the oxidative decomposition of the oil and extend the service life of the oil.

4. Good viscous-temperature performance: the viscosity of anti-wear hydraulic oil changes little with temperature, and can maintain stable lubrication performance in a wide temperature range.
5. Wide range of application: anti-wear hydraulic oil is suitable for a variety of hydraulic systems and hydraulic equipment, including high pressure, high temperature, high speed, heavy load and other harsh conditions of equipment.
