High-performance biodegradable bio-based multi-purpose grease produced from American vegetable oil, lithium based thickener.
Application: 1. Most chassis parts and general lubrication.
PRODUCT FEATURE
1.Lithium grease, especially 12-hydroxystearate lithium thickened grease, only two intersection temperatures, the first intersection temperature (that is, from the pseudo-gel state to the gel state) is generally above 170 ¡ã C, the second phase change temperature (that is, from the gel state to the sol state) is generally above 200 ¡ã C, therefore, when the appropriate mineral oil is selected, It can be used for a long time at 120¡æ or for a short time at 150¡æ.
2.Lithium grease, especially grease thickened by lithium 12-hydroxystearate, can be seen by electron microscopy that the soap fibers form double strands and twisted bands, so that they have good mechanical stability.
3.By gas chromatography, the adsorption heat of 12-hydroxystearate lithium and lithium stearate to alkane was determined. It was found that the binding strength of 12-hydroxystearate lithium and lithium stearate on the liquid phase of soap fiber surface and the liquid phase in the lattice were larger. Therefore, lithium grease had good colloidal stability.
4.Alkali metal in the process of water solubility is small, therefore, lithium grease has good water resistance, can be used in wet and water contact with the mechanical parts.
APPLICATION
Extreme pressure lithium base grease is suitable for the lubrication of friction parts of continuous rolling mill, forging machine bearings, conveyor roller bearings, gears and so on. High load, relatively high temperature conditions of mechanical equipment, industrial and mining enterprises high load mechanical equipment bearing and gear lubrication, heavy vehicle friction parts.
Extreme pressure compound lithium base grease is suitable for metallurgy industry continuous casting machine, continuous rolling mill, sintering machine, furnace front roller bearing lubrication, high strength load, relatively high temperature conditions of mechanical equipment, printing and dyeing, lubrication of large motor empty car friction parts, large truck friction parts.
Lithium molybdenum disulphide grease is used for heavy load mechanical equipment lubrication, especially for gear friction face lubrication.
In addition, lithium-based grease is also used as a follow-up sealant in pen refills.
